DayPasses.com passes are fully refundable up to 14 days prior to your excursion date. All passes are valid rain or shine!
How far in advance should I buy my passes?
The quantity of day passes for each excursion is limited so we recommend booking them in advance to ensure your spot is secured.
Can I buy day passes in person?
No, our Day Passes MUST be purchased online from DayPasses.com before checking in.
How can I pay for my day pass purchase?
Depending on the day pass you select, you are either required to pay a small deposit or pay in full. The payment policy for each specific excursion is outlined with the price of each day pass.
Can I use my credit card to pay my balance?
Yes, credit cards are accepted for final payments. Some resorts are cashless and require a credit card for the balance due.
Can I use my smartphone or tablet to check-in?
No, you are required to print your day pass for admission. If you do not have your printed pass, your check-in process will be delayed.
How can I save money if I am part of a group?
We offer a discount to groups of 10 guests on many of our day pass options. Please check the group pricing information that is included on each day pass option on our site, or submit our group request form.
Are child rates the same for all day passes?
No, children's rates and age requirements vary depending on the day pass you choose. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
I have young babies, are they complimentary?
Many day passes offer complimentary passes for infants & toddlers. Please visit the excursion page you are interested in to find our specific age requirements.
